WHAT IS A SPIRTUAL COVERING – A SHIELD, A SHELTER OR A HIDING PLACE FROM SPIRITUAL DANAGER.
(2 Sam 22:3)  The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.
(Psa 61:3)  For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.
(Psa 119:114)  Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.

GOD IS THE ULTIMATE SPIRITUAL COVERING
(Psa 140:7)  O GOD the Lord, the strength of my salvation, thou hast covered my head in the day of battle.

GOD HAS DELIGATED STEWARDSHIP OF HIS COVERING TO OTHERS
(Rom 13:1)  Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
(Prov 11:14)  Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.

WITH THE STEWARDSHIP WAS ALSO GIVEN RESPONSIBILITY, ACCOUNTIBLITY AND CONSQUENCES
(Luke 16:2)  And he called him, and said unto him, How is it that I hear this of thee? give an account of thy stewardship; for thou mayest be no longer steward.

THE FLOW OF DELIGATED HEADSHIP WITH RESPONSIBLITIES AND ACCOUNTIBILITY

1. GOD OVER CHRIST WITH RESPONSIBLITY
(1 Cor 11:3c)  But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
(John 5:19)  Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.

2. CHRIST OVER THE CHURCH
WITH RESPONSIBLITY
(Eph 5:23)  For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
(Heb 13:12)  Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.

3. THE HUSBAND OVER THE WIFE W/RESPONSIBLITY
(Eph 5:23)  For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
(Eph 5:25)  Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

4. THE PARENTS OVER THE CHILDREN
(Eph 6:1)  Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
(Eph 6:4)  And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

5. MASTERS OVER SERVANTS
(1 Pet 2:18)  Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward.
(Col 4:1)  Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.

6. ELDERS OVER THE FLOCK OF GOD W/RESPONSIBLITY
(Heb 13:17)  Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
(1 Pet 5:2)  Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;
(1 Pet 5:3)  Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock.
(1 Pet 5:4)  And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.

IN ORDER FOR DELIGATED SPIRITUAL COVERING TO BE EFFECTIVE ALL INVOLVED MUST  BE RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTIBLE.
